When did you join Malone/Wheeler? Technically in 2005, but I was an errand boy as early as 1996 running blue lines. I became an owner in 2016.

Describe what you do at Malone/Wheeler? I am a Senior Project Manager (also known as El Capitan). I work to recognize project challenges early and quickly, taking steps to ensure that a project is completed on time and on budget.
What are your interests outside of the office? Long walks on the beach, bird hunting, motorcycles, swimming, and a high cholesterol diet. Carpe diem.
What should people know about you? The dimple on my face is homemade.

Angela Salas

Describe what you do at Malone/Wheeler? I direct the accounting, marketing, and human resources functions at Malone/Wheeler.
What are your interests outside of the office? Enjoying Austin with my friends and family, and everything it has to offer. From catching a great show, discovering a cool hangout, I try to do it all.
What should people know about you? I am a native Peruvian, and make an awesome ceviche and pisco sour.

What are your interests outside of the office? Hiking, soccer, camping and movies. Spending quality time with my wife and boys.
What should people know about you? I am a 10.5 year Veteran of the U.S. Navy. I am a Boatswain’s Mate First Class Petty Officer. I am married and have two handsome boys, Gabriel and Adrian.

What are your interests outside of the office? Family time is an important part of my outside the office time. I could spend every weekend on a lake playing with the family, friends and wakeboarding.
What should people know about you? I am one of the lucky few that enjoys their career and purposely picked it! I am an expert at campfires and it pains me that my wife and kids don't like them because they don't like smelling like smoke...

What are your interests outside of the office?
I enjoy fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, biking, and goofing around with my 3 kids. I also enjoy tracking down enjoying, and mostly failing (so far) to grow exotic fruiting plants. I have had some limited success growing yellow dragon fruit aka hylocereus megalanthus. I hear Texas weather is good for growing bananas, so that is likely a future endeavor.

I love old Pink Panther movies and MST3K. My high school football team won the Pennsylvania 6A State championship for football in 2021.
